Through qualitative and quantitative eye tracking, shop alongs, interviews, and retrospective think-aloud, we delivered targeted packaging design changes for a dairy brand that helped them retain their local equity and shelf recognition while strengthening global brand connection.
Mitigated a risky market-entry
Through a pre-launch testing involving shopping at a mock-shelf, interviews, and past ethnographic understanding of dishwashing related behaviours, beliefs, and rituals, we highlighted key risks in adoption of a new sustainable packaging in Vietnam (as opposed to its successful launch in the UK). This helped safeguard investment, and shaped the subsequent market entry.
Optimising for launch
Through a bespoke methodology that involved real-time food ordering / delivery across Singapore, we evaluated branding, packaging, and food experience to optimise launch readiness and market impact for a multi-brand cloud kitchen.
